SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders of in stock items are processed and shipped upon receipt. You will be notified of any items that are not in stock for shipment; this may be either back-ordered or discontinued, etc. Normal processing time is 3-6 business days and delivery via USPS is generally 3-8 business days depending on your delivery address. Regular shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of all items, and the dimensions of the box(es) being shipped. A street address is required for us to ship via USPS. For Post Office Boxes and military bases we must ship via U.S. Mail and an additional shipping charge may be required. Additional postage may be due at time of shipping for HI, AK, Canada, and P.O. boxes.

 

NOTE: On overweight or oversized items, an additional Heavy Weight Surcharge may have be added to the price.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to the USA, her outlying territories, and Canada. We are not accepting international orders outside North America at this time. We require a credit card issued by a U.S. bank or institution and would prefer a United States Shipping address.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt for a refund, replacement or credit. There is no need to call, just send the item back with a copy of the invoice and the unwanted item. For your protection please insure the package. If the return is because we made a mistake, we will reimburse your shipping costs. Please use US Mail Parcel Post ONLY when returning product(s).  Express Services (such as 3 Day or FedEx 2 Day) will NOT be refunded. We do not reimburse for special handling.
